03 - 2 tablespoons white miso paste
04 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
05 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
06 - 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
07 - 1 garlic clove, finely grated

09 - 2 spring onions, thinly sliced

# Cooking Steps:
01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Place cabbage wedges on prepared baking sheet with even spacing between pieces.
03 - Whisk softened butter, miso paste, honey or maple syrup, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and grated garlic until smooth and fully combined.
04 - Brush miso butter mixture generously over all sides of each cabbage wedge.
05 - Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, turning wedges once halfway through cooking, until golden brown and tender with crispy edges.
06 - Transfer to serving platter. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, sliced spring onions, and black pepper. Serve immediately.
